Review links

Share a draft with a reviewer through a link, collect notes without an account, and let the writer revise with them.

A review link lets someone read a draft and leave notes without an AgenticSEO account. Send it to a founder, a subject expert or a client. Their notes appear on the ticket. You can summarize the notes, resolve them, turn them into lessons, or ask the writer to revise the draft with all open notes, after which QA checks it again.

Note: Review links are part of the per-site plan. See Plans and billing.

  1. Open the ticket on the Ticket board.
  2. On the Draft card, find Share for review.
  3. Click Create a review link.
  4. Click Copy and send the link to your reviewer.

The link looks like https://your-app-address/review/<token>. Anyone with this link can read the draft and add notes. They cannot change it.

What the reviewer sees

The reviewer opens the link and sees the latest draft of the article. They can:

  1. Select any text in the article to point a note at it.
  2. Or write a general note.
  3. Add their name, write what should change and why, and click Add note.

The reviewer does not need to log in. They cannot edit the draft, publish it, or see other tickets.

Tip: Tell your reviewer what kind of feedback you want, for example "Check the facts in the pricing section" or "Does this sound like us?". Focused notes give better revisions.

Notes on the ticket

On the ticket page, the review panel shows every note next to the draft. You can add notes too: select text in the article or write a general note.

Each note has a status:

Status Meaning
open Waiting to be handled
resolved You handled it, or decided not to
applied by writer The writer used it in a revision

Actions on each note:

  • Resolve marks it handled. Reopen brings it back.
  • Make it a lesson saves the note as a lesson. The writer follows it in every future article. See Lessons.
  • Delete removes the note.

The Ticket board shows a count of open review notes on each ticket card.

Use the notes

Under Use the notes there are two buttons:

Button What it does
Summarize notes The AI groups the open notes into a short summary, so you can see the main themes
Revise with N open notes The writer revises the current draft with all open notes, then QA checks it again

When you click Revise with N open notes, the app asks you to confirm. The writer starts from the current draft, applies the notes, and marks them applied by writer. The new version then goes through the full QA gate, with rewrites if needed.

Note: A revision never skips QA. If the reviewer asks for a claim that is not in your approved facts, QA fails it. Add the fact in Settings > Business profile first if it is true.

Versions

Every revision is a new version (v2, v3 and so on). The review link always shows the latest version. If you look at an older version on the ticket page, a message reminds you that new notes go on the latest version.

Click Turn off this link under the link. The old link stops working right away. You can create a new link later; it gets a new address.

Warning: Anyone who has the link can read the draft until you turn it off. Do not post review links in public places. Turn the link off when the review is done.

A simple review flow

  1. QA passes the draft and the ticket moves to Ready (with auto-publish off).
  2. You create a review link and send it to your expert.
  3. The expert adds five notes.
  4. You click Summarize notes and read the themes.
  5. You turn one note into a lesson and resolve one you disagree with.
  6. You click Revise with 3 open notes.
  7. The new version passes QA. You click Publish to your CMS.
