Acceptable Use Policy

Summary: Use AgenticSEO to make useful, honest content for sites you control. Do not use it for spam, fake reviews, impersonation, scraping abuse or illegal content. Follow the rules of X, your CMS and your AI provider. You are responsible for what you publish. This summary helps you read the policy; the full text below is what applies.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses AgenticSEO (the "Service"), including people who open a review link.

1. Use it for sites you are allowed to manage

Add only sites, properties and accounts that you own or that you have permission to manage. Do not connect someone else's Search Console, analytics, CMS or X account without their permission.

2. Content you must not create, publish or post

Do not use the Service to create, publish or post content that:

• Is spam or a content farm. This includes mass-produced, low-value pages made mainly to manipulate search rankings or AI answers, doorway pages, keyword stuffing, hidden text, and pages copied or lightly rewritten from other sites.
• Impersonates a person, brand or organization, or falsely suggests that you are linked to or endorsed by them.
• Contains fake reviews, testimonials or endorsements, or hides a paid relationship that the law or the platform says you must disclose.
• Is false or misleading in a way that can harm people, including false health, financial or legal claims, or false claims about competitors.
• Is illegal, or helps or encourages illegal activity. This includes content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, defames anyone, breaks privacy or consumer laws, or sells illegal goods or services.
• Is harmful, such as child sexual abuse material, content that sexualizes minors, terrorist or violent extremist content, threats, harassment or hate speech.
• Contains malware, phishing, or links meant to trick people.
• Exposes personal data about people without a lawful basis.

3. Scraping and automated access

• Do not use the Service, including its screenshot and search features, to scrape or overload websites in a way that breaks their terms, robots rules or the law.
• Do not use the Service to collect personal data from websites.
• Do not scrape, crawl or run automated tests against the Service itself, except through features we provide.

4. Follow the rules of connected platforms

You must follow the terms, policies and limits of every service you connect, including:

• X: its rules on automation, spam, platform manipulation and duplicate posts. Use your own X app and follow the X Developer Agreement.
• Your CMS (WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Shopify, GitHub or other targets) and your hosting provider.
• Your AI providers (for example the usage policies of Anthropic, OpenAI and Google).
• Google, Bing and other data sources, including their API terms and quotas.

If a platform suspends your account or key because of how you used it, that is between you and that platform.

5. Responsibility for AI output

AI output can be wrong. You must review drafts and posts before you publish them, or check them regularly if you turn on auto-publish or auto-post. You are responsible for all content published from your account, as if you had written it yourself. Keep your approved product facts true and up to date, because the QA gate checks drafts against them.

6. Protect the Service

Do not:

• try to get into accounts, sites or data that are not yours;
• test, probe or break our security, except under our responsible disclosure rules on the Security page;
• get around plan limits, rate limits or security checks such as reCAPTCHA;
• use the Service to build a competing product, or resell it without our written consent;
• share review links in a way meant to give accounts to people who have not signed up.

7. What happens if you break this Policy

We may remove content from the Service, stop scheduled jobs or auto-posting, suspend features, or suspend or close your account, as described in the Terms of Service. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We may report illegal content to the authorities.

8. Report abuse

If you see content or activity that breaks this Policy, email support@agenticseo.com with the details and any links.
