Site overview

What the Overview tab shows, the setup checklist, and the buttons that start a run.

The Overview is the first tab of every site. It answers two questions: what needs you today, and what the agents did recently.

Read the tiles

  • To do: tickets waiting for a writer or for the next agent step.
  • In progress: tickets being written, checked or published right now.
  • Needs a human: tickets the agents could not finish after their retries. Open them and read the QA notes.
  • Published this week: articles that went live in the last seven days.
  • AI tokens (7 days): how much AI work the site used. The full breakdown is on AI usage.

Setup checklist

The Setup card lists what is still missing, such as the business profile, a call to action, or Search Console. Each row opens the right part of Settings. A site works without these, but the agents write better with them.

Run a job from the top

The buttons under the title start the main jobs now:

  • Run keyword research: reads your sitemap and sources, scores opportunities and creates tickets.
  • Run audit: reviews your existing pages for updates.
  • Sync conversions: pulls conversion data from your analytics tool.

Each button adds a background job. You can follow it on Agent activity. While a job runs, other action buttons on the site wait until it finishes, so two jobs never run over each other.

Tip: The line under the title shows the weekly schedule. Change the days and times in Settings > Weekly schedule.
