Introduction

What AgenticSEO does, who it is for, and how the weekly agent loop fits together.

AgenticSEO is a web app where AI agents run a weekly SEO and AI visibility loop for your website. The agents find the prompts and keywords your buyers use, write articles, check them with a strict QA gate, publish the ones that pass, and audit how your pages perform. The AI is included in your plan, so you do not add an AI key or pay an AI bill.

What the agents do each week

Step What happens Where you see it
AI visibility Lists the prompts buyers type into ChatGPT and Gemini, asks each engine several times, and measures how often your site is named or cited Insights
Keyword research Scores opportunities from Search Console and other sources, then writes a brief per ticket Ticket board, Insights
Writer Writes an answer-first article from the brief, with a TL;DR, images and a call to action Ticket page
QA gate Code checks plus an AI editor review. Fails go back to the writer Ticket page, QA report
Publish Only QA-passed drafts go to your CMS, live or as a draft Ticket page
Audits Compares the last 28 days with the 28 days before and makes improvement tickets Ticket board, Insights
Conversions Reads PostHog or Google Analytics 4 so pages that convert get attention first Insights
Search performance Pulls Search Console numbers every day Search performance
Distribution on X Writes a thread and single posts for each published article Distribution

Who it is for

AgenticSEO suits founders, small marketing teams and agencies that want a steady flow of useful content without writing every article by hand. You stay in control: you can review every draft before it goes live, teach the agents with lessons, and share drafts with a reviewer through a link.

What you need

  • A website with a sitemap.
  • Your own connections for search data, analytics and publishing, such as Google Search Console and your CMS. See AI is included.
  • Optional but strongly recommended: Google Search Console access through a service account. See Search Console.
  • Nothing else for the AI: the visibility checks are included.
  • Optional: a publishing target such as WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Shopify, a GitHub static site or a custom webhook. You can also publish by hand.

Note: Each site keeps its own connections. All connection keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.

The main pages in the app

Each site has its own menu:

  • Overview: setup checklist, ticket counts, latest reports, and buttons to run keyword research, run an audit or sync conversions.
  • Search performance: daily Search Console clicks, impressions, CTR and position, plus pages going up and down.
  • Ticket board: every piece of work, from To do to Published.
  • Insights: AI assistant prompts, pages that bring conversions, search performance by page, and agent reports.
  • Lessons: what you teach the agents about your business.
  • Image library: real screenshots of your product for the writer to use.
  • Distribution: X posts to review, scheduled, posted or skipped.
  • Agent activity: every agent run with its full log.
  • AI usage: tokens and searches per job, ticket and day.
  • Settings: keys, business profile, publishing, schedule and QA rules.

Where to go next

  1. Follow the Quickstart to add your first site.
  2. Learn how the mention rate works before you read your first AI visibility report.
  3. Check the QA gate so you know why a draft passes or fails.

Tip: Start with auto-publish off. Read the first few drafts, add lessons, then turn auto-publish on when you trust the output.
