Settings

What each part of Settings controls, and how the AI can fill in the business profile for you.

Settings holds everything the agents use to write for your business. Each part is a card on the page. Save each card after you change it.

Business profile

This is what the agents write from. The more accurate it is, the better the articles.

  • What the business does, Audience, Products: the basics.
  • Product facts: facts the QA gate checks against. A product claim that is not in this list fails QA, so add approved pricing, features and platforms here.
  • Prohibited claims and Banned phrases: what the writer must not say.
  • Voice: how the brand sounds.
  • Competitors and Seed topics: who you compete with and what buyers search for.

Let the AI fill it in

Click Generate from my website with AI. The AI reads your public pages and suggests a value for each field. Each suggestion appears under its field with three choices:

  • Use this: replaces the field.
  • Add to mine: adds it after what you wrote.
  • Dismiss: throws it away.

Nothing is saved until you click Save. Check the product facts especially: the AI only includes facts it found on your pages, but you know which ones are current.

Calls to action and conversion pages

Every article must link to at least one call to action. QA fails an article without one. Suggest CTAs from my website finds signup, trial, demo and pricing links.

Analytics

Connect Google Analytics 4 or PostHog so the agents know which pages convert. Pages that convert are ranked first.

AI assistant prompts

Choose which assistants are checked (ChatGPT, Gemini) and how many times each prompt is asked. More runs give a steadier percentage but take longer. See Insights.

Search Console

Connect Google Search Console with a service account key. Upload the .json file or paste its contents, click Test connection, then add the service account email as a user on your Search Console property.

Publishing

Choose how articles go live:

  • Review first: drafts that pass QA wait in Ready for you to publish.
  • Publish automatically after QA passes: drafts go live without you.

Pick the site type (WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Shopify, GitHub, a webhook, or Manual) and enter its keys. See CMS.

Weekly schedule

Set the days and times for keyword research, audits, and the AI prompt check. Set a monthly AI budget here too: when a month's AI spend reaches it, AI jobs stop until the next month.

QA rules

Set the rules the QA gate checks each draft against. A draft that fails a rule goes back to the writer with the failing check named in its QA report.

Delete a site

Delete site removes the site and all its tickets, articles and history. This cannot be undone.
