Agent activity
Every job the agents run, its status and log, how to stop one, and how background jobs keep your site safe.
Agent activity lists every job the agents have run for the site, newest first. A job is one piece of work, such as keyword research, a write-and-check of one ticket, a Search Console sync, or an indexing check.
Job statuses
- Queued: waiting for the worker. It starts when its turn comes.
- Running: in progress. Open it to read the live log.
- Done: finished.
- Failed: stopped with an error. The error is shown at the top of the job.
- Stopped: you stopped it. Work saved before the stop is kept.
Jobs are either Manual (you started them) or Scheduled (the weekly schedule did).
Read a log
Click a job to open its log. Each line has a time. The log shows what the agent read, which calls it made, how many AI tokens it used, and the result.
Stop a job
Click Stop on a queued or running job. A queued job never starts. A running job stops at its next step.
Background jobs and buttons
Long work runs in the background, so the page does not wait for it. While any job runs for a site:
- A banner at the top says what is running.
- Action buttons on that site are disabled and show why when you hover over them. This stops two jobs from changing the same tickets.
- Stop stays available, so you can always cancel.
Settings you save are not affected.
Tip: Open the activity page after you start a job. It is the fastest way to see whether it worked, and why not if it did not.
