Content calendar

The content calendar shows the next 30 days as a calendar. Each working day has one article, so the team knows what goes out and when.

The rules

• One article per working day: Monday to Friday.
• Weekends show No content.
• Holidays you list show No content too.
• Only open content tickets go on the calendar. Technical items are listed separately for developers.

Plan the next 30 days

Click Plan the next 30 days. The calendar gives each open ticket the next free working day, best tickets first: lowest priority number, then highest score. Tickets that already have a day keep it.

The number under Waiting for a day shows tickets that could not be placed yet, for example because the calendar is full. Plan again after some days pass.

Move an article

On a day with an article, pick a new date in Move and click it. Only working days can be picked.

If the new day already has an article, the two swap days.

Add holidays

Under Holidays with no content, type one date per line, in the form 2026-12-25. Click Save holidays. Those days show No content and are skipped when planning.

Note: The calendar uses UTC dates. A day starts at midnight UTC.
