Search performance
How people find your pages on Google, page by page, from Search Console.
The Search performance tab shows how your pages do on Google. The data comes from Google Search Console, so connect it first in Settings.
What the columns mean
- Clicks: visits from Google search results.
- Impressions: how often a page was shown in results.
- CTR: clicks divided by impressions.
- Position: the average place in results. Lower is better.
- Conversions: visits that completed a goal, when analytics is connected.
Figures cover the last 28 days.
What to look for
- Pages with many impressions and a low CTR have good visibility but weak titles or descriptions. Consider a refresh ticket.
- Pages in positions 11 to 30 are close to the first page. A refresh often moves them up.
- Pages with clicks and no conversions bring visitors who do not act. Check the call to action on those pages.
Keep the data current
The pages list updates with the Sync sitemap + Search Console job, which runs on the weekly schedule. To refresh now, run it from Agent activity or from the Overview.
Note: Search Console has a delay of a few days. Recent numbers can change.
